An on-chain game economy. I led UX/UI on the cross-chain migration from Polygon to Base — real money, no undo — designing the states most flows skip: mid-transfer, and the moment it fails. Around 10,000 people moved their holdings (~117M tokens) with nothing lost, and the Base app that followed became the #1 dApp on Base about a month after launch. I later stepped up to art-direct the 3D and motion work.
