When a contact submits the form or a call is missed, the system tags them, sends an SMS within 30 seconds, and follows up with a second text carrying the owner's direct line if there's no reply in 4 hours. Anyone still silent moves to a "Needs Personal Call" pipeline stage, so no lead falls through the cracks.
