Hi team, I submitted my application for the 8,000 free credits for the #1000WaysToCCW challenge, but my CapCut balance is still zero. I need the credits to create and submit my video before the October 26 deadline. Could you please check my application status and let me know when the credits will be added? Thank you!

Hi @Suzy Jin @Marlenn Alba @Kayla Li @Marouane Zouzhi @ — I submitted the 8,000 credits form on Oct 16, 2026 (email: helloabhishekjha@gmail.com). Credits aren’t showing yet in CapCut Video Studio after the UI update. Can you confirm my claim is queued? Thanks.
Hi Abhishek, according to our records, your submission was actually completed today (it looks like the initial attempt on Oct 16 didn't go through successfully). We have now queued your request to process the credits—please bear with us for a little while as they make their way to your account!
