The Outcome Kit - for SVGator Challenge

I built this because the gallery is full of logo reveals and hero loops, but there's nothing for what we actually ship to clients: a clean case-study story with a real result metric.

It's a reusable 6-second outcome template. You swap your logo, before/after images, headline, and the result number - the animation stays exactly the same. A signal line draws from the problem through the transformation and resolves on the stat, so the viewer follows one visual thread.

Built with the SVGator MCP, then finished by hand in the editor. Real editable text (Space Grotesk + IBM Plex Mono, both OFL), named layers (brand-logo, headline, before-image, after-image), replaceable image slots with matching 450×300 frames. All original artwork, no stock, no borrowed icons.

The proof video shows the master (an editorial redesign) then the same timeline with a completely different brand (a wellness rebrand). Same animation, zero timeline changes - logo, images, headline, stat, accent color all swapped.

Category gap: case-study/outcome stories. Agencies and freelancers need this; it wasn't in the gallery.

Same SAE-REN project. A new way to explore it.

I’ve reworked the case study to make the connections between the identity, packaging, and physical applications clearer.

I think this version finally strikes the balance I was looking for: explaining the design decisions and logic behind the system while making the full page a pleasure to explore.

Old or new, which version would make you keep exploring?
