NEVER copy/paste proposals, ensure they're genuine and built for that project specifically.
Sure, there will be things you repeat- whether that's your introduction or other, but the best(and most powerful) proposals have a hook unique to that project & client problem(s).

@Dylan Campbell Do you have any frameworks for unique hooks?
It's definitely application-dependent, but I would love to know if you have a mental model that you use.

@Brook Slagle Honestly my "default" is to always treat them as human. Show them you're someone who can provide solutions, but also be their "friend".
Obviously some clients don't like this and it's super important to learn how to gauge it before trying this method- but it's my absolute...

@Brook Slagle My top tip: Make it personal! Tailor each proposal to the client’s specific needs, referencing their project details and showing how your experience directly aligns with their goals. This shows you’ve done your homework and are genuinely invested in their success! 👏✨

@Christine Umalla big + to this! Research + personalization are key! I would also add relevant past projects / examples of your work related to the proposal!

@Brook Slagle For me it comes as a natural byproduct of the discovery call. During the call, we already talk about everything the client needs (and what he doesn't need), and then it's basically putting everything on a piece of paper and attaching a pricing tag to it. So I guess it's all about tailoring it to the client needs :D

@Brook Slagle number 1 tip is to do research. Learn about the client, the brand/company, and their needs in their job description. And then, write your pitch/proposal naturally based on your research + how you can help them with your skills/services.
I have a basic format saved as a snippet...
