Developed collaboratively in a five-person Scrum team.

This project demonstrates a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture using open-source tools. It solves the "knowledge cutoff" problem of LLMs by giving them access to live tools.
How it works:
Intent Classification: The user's input is first processed by a local Llama 3 instance, which acts as a semantic router. It analyzes the prompt to determine if external data is required.
Tool Execution: If a search intent is detected, the Python backend executes a query against the SerpApi (Google Shopping) endpoint. Data Structuring: The raw JSON response from the API is parsed, cleaned, and structured into standardized product objects.
UI Rendering: The structured data is dynamically rendered into interactive product cards using Streamlit's component system, allowing users to view images and click direct purchase links without leaving the chat interface.
A full-stack productivity and budget management platform that combines task management, budget tracking, analytics, and activity history in one application. Built with the MERN stack, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with REST APIs and JWT authentication.

What started as a business website has grown into a complete ordering and operations platform.
Customers can now:
• Place retail and bulk orders with or without logging in
• Create an account and manage their profile
• View previous orders and invoices
• Access secure invoice links
• See delivery zones and applicable delivery fees
• Order different ice products directly through the platform
On the operations side, the system includes separate portals and permissions for:
• Super Admin
• Admin
• Marketer
• Customer
Admins can manage orders, customers, invoices, products, users, roles, payment information, and platform access.
We also added server-side pricing, bulk-order rules, invoice generation, delivery-zone logic, user access controls, and secure authentication.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Clerk, Supabase/PostgreSQL, with the focus on making the whole process easier for both customers and the internal team.
A good example of turning a simple company website into a proper business platform.
