Legacy App Migration — RCSI (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland)
This is work I delivered while at RCSI during a high-impact migration of legacy web applications to a new infrastructure. I handled migration execution, stabilization, release sequencing, and performance fixes to reduce cutover risk and improve reliability/maintainability.
