Introducing Théa — where beautiful design meets connected experiences. 🌿
I'm so excited to finally share something I've been building for the #Base44Challenge!
Working with businesses and clients, I've seen firsthand how disconnected digital experiences can become. Leads live in one system, conversations in another, scheduling somewhere else, and customers are often left navigating an entirely separate journey.
I kept coming back to one question: What if everything just worked together?
That's what inspired me to build Théa, a real estate platform designed to connect the entire experience, from managing leads and client relationships to discovering the place you'll one day call home.
For real estate professionals, Théa brings lead management, marketing, communication, scheduling, and insights into one centralized command center.
For homebuyers, it's about making the journey feel more personal, inspiring, and effortless.
🏡 Discover your next home. Explore beautiful listings, save favorites, and easily schedule showings based on agent availability.
✨ See beyond what's there. With Théa's AI-powered Vision Studio, reimagine a property's interiors, experiment with furniture, colors, and finishes, and save your favorite designs. Because sometimes finding home isn't just about seeing what a space is today, but imagining what it could become for you.
And the name? That's personal to me.
Inspired by my Greek heritage, Théa (θέα) means “view” — a beautiful perspective. The olive tree in my logo is another tribute to my roots, representing growth, resilience, and the importance of continually evolving. Those values mean a lot to me, both personally and as a creative.
I wanted that philosophy reflected in every part of this experience.
Because to me, great design isn't just about creating something beautiful. It's about creating something meaningful, connecting what matters, and making life a little easier along the way.
Built with @Base44, Théa is a reflection of everything I love bringing together: creativity, technology, strategy, and thoughtful user experiences.
I'm incredibly proud to share this project, and even more excited about what it could become.
Here's to new perspectives, connected experiences, and building something that grows with you. 🌿

What if a hotel website could do more than just take bookings?
For the #Base44Challenge, I transformed the digital experience of Locanda Boutique Hotel, a real boutique hotel in Germany, into a modern, fully responsive hospitality platform.

I Built "My Perfect Interior" an Interior Design company website.
This website combines a premium, editorial design experience with AI-powered room visualization. Visitors upload a photo of their empty room, describe their vision, and receive a generated design concept. Each submission is automatically saved to a studio dashboard with the client's email, original photo, generated concept, and design brief.
This addresses a key challenge in interior design: translating a client's imagination into something a designer can understand and act on. By automating early-stage visualization and enquiry collection, the platform helps interior design businesses understand client needs faster, reduce repetitive consultations, and turn ideas into actionable project leads—all within a beautifully designed, responsive experience.
Solving the imagination translation problem is the smart move here, Charles. Letting visitors upload a room photo and get back a generated design concept turns the early consultation into something genuinely productive, and saving every brief to the studio dashboard makes the whole flow work like a real business.
Built SpeedPulse AI — an automated website performance teardown and local client acquisition engine.
Most local businesses lose over 35% of their mobile conversions due to slow load times and missing Google SEO schema. Auditing each client manually took hours, so I automated the entire process on Base44:
⚡ Real-time Core Web Vitals, Local SEO & UX friction score dials
🔄 Dynamic Before/After sprint projections (gliding scores from 45 to 91+)
📄 Automated Executive PDF brief generation
🤖 Built-in Agency CRM that captures incoming leads, tracks stages, and auto-drafts client proposals with one-click copy
