I'm going all in on email collection.
Email converts 30 to 40 times better than social media.
That's why I'm sending my Instagram traffic to email through a free lead magnet. Then I monetize directly through email.
Plus, email is way safer:
No algorithm changes
No random shadowbans
You own the audience
So I tested it on my cat page. I made a simple carousel offering a guide to stop cats from scratching.
The results? Not great.
There's a big community that hates AI on social media. They call it AI slop. I only got a few emails.
But if I had posted a motivation carousel on an account that doesn't mind AI content, I would have gotten way more.
The takeaway? Not every type of content fits every audience.

Let's not even talk about the guilt and anxiety that comes after.
But what if a simple addition could change how millions of people use social media?
That's why I built Zombie Antidote.
A choice point that appears between videos, turning an unconscious decision into a conscious one.
Design decisions:
→ Mood-based. Makes choosing easy when you're in that low-energy zombie state.
→ Skippable. You can scroll right past it and keep going.
→ Session-based. Your choice shapes your feed in the moment. The next day, it resets.
