An hour-long course, I combine Camtasia tutorials along with software simulations to
help the shop owners learn to use specific features of the software more
quickly to help their shops make more money.
There is also a comprehensive exam at the end, which requires the
user to demonstrate proficiency with the software to earn certification.
The course is currently being rolled out to all the NAPA shops in the US.
