The Solution: I executed a deep technical overhaul to modernize the stack:
• Vanilla JS Migration: Replaced jQuery with pure, high-performance JavaScript.
• Smart Media: Implemented WebP/AVIF, responsive sizes, and lazy-loading.
• SEO Foundation: Cleaned HTML semantics and added Schema.org microdata.
• On-Page: Refreshed Meta Tags to align with search intent.
• Bootstrap 5 Tuning: Optimized CDN delivery and CSS path for zero speed impact.
The Result: 99–100 Mobile PageSpeed: Perfect scores even with a CSS framework.
Traffic Surge: Organic growth from 14K to 30K+ monthly sessions in 12 months.
