I designed and developed SJApp, a full-stack management platform that transformed fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes into a centralized operational system for a nonprofit community organization.

The platform manages beneficiaries, families, workshops, enrollments, payments, socioeconomic studies, scholarship evaluations, documents, and operational reporting from a single secure workspace.

I also led the migration and validation of a complex historical dataset containing 1,080 beneficiaries, 649 families, 66 workshops, 1,812 enrollments, and 4,293 payment records.

Key capabilities include role-based access, configurable evaluation rules, advanced search, exports, data-quality controls, and privacy-conscious handling of sensitive information.

Result: a maintainable digital platform built around real organizational workflows, replacing fragmented operational processes with structured software.

Nerohalla I designed and built Nerohalla, an AI-powered job search copilot that brings job discovery, resume optimization, and application assistance into one streamlined platform.

I developed a job aggregation system that integrates multiple job APIs and ATS sources, including Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby, giving users access to legitimate, up-to-date opportunities from one place.

A major part of the platform is its AI-powered resume engine. I built LLM-based pipelines using prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic matching, and RAG to analyze job descriptions, identify relevant skills, and generate tailored, ATS-friendly resumes while keeping the candidate’s actual experience accurate.

I also developed application automation capabilities that reduce repetitive work by reusing candidate information and assisting with application form completion. The platform combines job matching, resume generation, application tracking, and hiring-contact discovery into a unified experience.

On the engineering side, I worked across the full stack—from scalable backend services and AI workflows to responsive user interfaces and third-party integrations—with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and creating a simple experience around an otherwise fragmented job-search process.
