Recently they got blind-sided with a new healthcare compliance mandate, that required them to send all of their new clients a personalized document explaining the potential fees they could expect. 🔥 Their client care team was getting bogged down b/c they had to personalize each of these docs with the client's info AND the assigned therapist's specific fee structure... and they have over 50 and growing. 🧠 I built a workflow automation in Keragon that calculates the fees based on the assigned therapist in ActiveCampaign, and with the click of a button, the PDF is generated, stored in their secure drive, and sent to the client via email.
