Character brief:
Patch is the scruffy, steadfast soul of Nook Pet Hospital, a street dog who stayed not out of choice, but out of care. With a permanently floppy ear and fur that defies grooming, Patch carries an unhurried presence that instantly calms the most anxious patients.
Beneath its shy and timid exterior, Patch meets every needle, stranger, and loud noise with a quiet bravery that proves true bravery as nothing more than the consistency of showing up, day after quiet day. It is the dog you don’t pick from a picture, but the one you travel across the city to find.
What the character is for:
Nook is a neighborhood hospital for cats and dogs, where we believe even the most ordinary lives are worth choosing. Beyond medical care, we serve as a bridge for rescued animals, sharing their stories in hopes they find their forever homes. At Nook, we cherish every small heartbeat that walks through our door.

Collector of Forgotten Dreams
NIBU is a little keeper of ideas that wander the world in search of their embodiment. When an idea is born somewhere that must be realized, NIBU's crystal horns begin to shine - and he immediately sets off on a search to help it return to the one to whom it belongs. In his fluffy backpack lives a whole family of little creatures - these are ideas that are waiting for their moment, and NIBU carefully protects each of them until the moment comes.

Mrs. Prior is the mascot of the Open Door Society — an organisation that helps women and anyone facing systemic barriers access opportunities, resources, and spaces that have been closed to them. We identify the obstacles, we find the way in, and we hold the door open for everyone who follows.
She doesn't protest. She doesn't explain. She arrives, she assesses, and she begins. Her tool is a single hairpin. Her method is whatever works.
