Daily Operations & Quality Control System
Created a structured daily operations system designed to help teams execute routine work consistently while maintaining clear standards and accountability.
The system organizes operations into six stages: opening, daily execution, quality checks, issue escalation, shift handoff, and closing. Each task includes defined ownership, completion tracking, quality expectations, exception procedures, and manager verification.
I also incorporated an escalation framework, shift-handoff checklist, KPI tracking, and continuous-improvement prompts so problems can be identified, documented, and addressed instead of repeatedly carrying over.
The goal is to reduce missed tasks, improve communication between shifts, maintain consistent quality, and give managers greater visibility into daily execution.
This is an original portfolio demonstration of my approach to operations management, SOP development, quality control, and process improvement.
