Skincare Brand Launch: 25+ Clinical Trials, 4,200+ Participants
Led product development for METHODIQ, a prescription and OTC-grade acne skincare brand using AI-created molecules. Managed the complete launch from clinical validation to market-ready products.
The Challenge: Launch a new skincare brand in a crowded market with credibility and differentiation. Needed to prove efficacy through clinical trials, develop a product line that actually works, and create a diagnostic system that matches patients to the right treatments.
Results:
- 25+ successful clinical trials proving product efficacy
- 4,200+ trial participants providing real-world validation
- 25% increase in customer NPS through better product matching
- Multiple products launched from concept to market
- Created scalable system for ongoing product development
Salt as the core idea is clever. It says preservation, purity and texture in one move, which is exactly what skincare is trying to say. Curious how the crystal motif holds up at small sizes, like a cap or a sachet. Looking forward to the full case.
This is how a social system should work: strong enough rules that the brand reads at thumbnail size, loose enough that the feed never looks copy-pasted. Do you hand clients a Figma kit for this, or build it in something their team edits themselves?
AI can generate a dashboard. But can it give a product its own identity?
The first design was created by my client using AI a familiar dashboard style you've probably seen across countless AI-generated products.
I redesigned it to feel less generic and more intentional, with a distinctive visual identity, clearer hierarchy, and an experience built around meaningful celebrations.
The goal wasn't just to make it look better. It was to make it feel like its own product.
What do you think is missing from most AI-generated interfaces?
