A few ideas behind this screen design:
Show the status first. "In Progress" sits right next to the title. People should see what's happening right after they see the name.
Put problems where people will see them. If something is running low, don't hide it. Show it before they start, not after.
Break big tasks into small steps. Lab work happens one step at a time. The screen should show it that way too.

The brain anchors to the first number and judges value based on it.
2. Call to Action

Direct, outcome-focused CTAs work better when intent is already there.

"Delivered in 14 days" ❌
Smaller numbers feel faster - even when the actual time is the same.
4. URGENCY
"Only 10 days left" ✅
"About a week left" ❌
Specific numbers create urgency and clarity.
5. LOSS AVERSION
"Don’t miss out" ✅
"Get more" ❌
Loss aversion is ~2.25x stronger than the desire to gain.
