This is a self-initiated UI/UX redesign of a dental clinic website focused on improving patient conversion and overall user experience.
The original website had strong services but lacked clarity in structure, booking flow, and trust communication — which can directly impact how quickly patients decide to book an appointment.
The goal of this redesign was simple:
make the experience faster, clearer, and more conversion-focused.
What was improved:
Simplified information hierarchy for better readability
Clear and prominent booking flow (reduced friction)
Strong trust signals (experience, availability, credibility)
Clean, modern UI aligned with healthcare standards
Better visual balance between content and imagery
Key focus areas:
Patient-first UX (quick decisions, minimal confusion)
Conversion-driven layout
Accessibility and easy navigation
Mobile-friendly structure (considered in layout decisions)
This concept demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can transform a static website into a high-performing patient acquisition tool.
