Bringing Trash Pickers back.

Trash Pickers is a waste pickup logistics platform I designed to make waste collection more organized for customers, collectors, and administrators. From scheduling pickups and tracking requests to managing collectors, payments, and daily operations, every part of the experience was designed to make the process simpler and more efficient.

One of the biggest challenges was maintaining consistency across three different user experiences while making each one feel tailored to the people using it. Another was balancing a clean interface with usability. The app has a lot of functionality, so I had to be intentional about simplifying navigation and making common actions easy to find without cluttering the experience.

Working on this project pushed me to think beyond designing screens. It challenged me to design a complete system where every user has different goals but still feels like they're using the same product.

The more I design, the more I realize that simplicity isn't about removing features. It's about making complexity feel easy.
