About the Role
Brightpath Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence. This is a hybrid, contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable juggling both sales targets and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, including negotiations and contract finalization
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid ads) and offline channels where relevant
Create marketing content and materials in collaboration with the team (social posts, email copy, promotional materials)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager)
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
