**Title**
KG Lilly – End-to-End Branding & Shopify eCommerce Experience
**Overview**
KG Lilly was a full-cycle branding and eCommerce project where I handled everything from brand identity to complete website design and development.
The goal was to create a cohesive, modern brand presence and translate that into a high-performing eCommerce experience built on Shopify.
This project reflects my ability to combine branding, UI/UX design, and development into one seamless execution.
**The Challenge**
The client needed: A strong and recognizable brand identity. A clean, modern, and trustworthy website. A structure that supports product discovery and conversions. The challenge was to ensure consistency across branding and the digital experience while keeping the site fast and easy to navigate.
**My Approach**
1. Branding Foundation
Designed logo and visual identity. Defined color palette and typography system. Created a consistent brand language.
2. UI/UX Design (Figma)
Designed wireframes and high-fidelity layouts Focused on clarity, hierarchy, and conversion Ensured mobile-first responsiveness
3. Shopify Development
Custom theme design and implementation on Shopify Built responsive layouts across devices Structured collections and product pages Optimized performance and loading speed
**Key Features**
Clean and modern UI aligned with branding. Conversion-focused homepage and product pages. Fully responsive design. Scalable Shopify setup for future growth.
**Outcome**
Delivered a cohesive brand + digital experience. Improved user flow and product discoverability. Built a solid foundation for eCommerce growth.
**Important Note**
This project was completed approximately 3 years ago. Since then, the website has been migrated to a different platform, and the current live version no longer reflects my original work.
