Entering Somying into the Rive Interactive Character Challenge!

Somying is a project I've been building over time — not just a character that plays an animation and calls it a day, but one with her own little world that users can actually interact with. Inside the room, everything is designed to be interactive — from clicking and dragging to gamepad support, with real-time clock references that automatically shift the room's atmosphere from day to night. Very often, clients ask me to create an interactive mascot for their digital product. So, to take part in the #characterchallenge, I created a character who isn’t shy about showing his emotions. I decided to approach this with a sense of humor, so I used the old Addams Family movies as references. Ruby (that’s what I named him) can be happy, sad, or even angry - all controlled via inputs.
