This project is part of my Design Archive, documenting a journey that began in 2020 when I joined a trucking and logistics company as a freelance UI/UX designer, supporting fragmented operational tools across the platform.

Through continuous iteration and system refinement, I helped transform disconnected features into a unified logistics experience by simplifying components, strengthening the visual foundation, and building a scalable design system aligned with real operational workflows.

As the product evolved, I was entrusted to lead the design direction and was promoted to Lead Product Designer, guiding a team of four designers and shaping the platform until its 2024 iteration.

🚨 I DON'T DESIGN MOBILE APPS AS A SET OF SCREENS. I DIAGNOSE WHERE A STARTUP CAN BREAK. For 3.5 years I've been inside a US mobile startup. First as fractional CPO. Then acting CEO. Now co-founder with equity. From the inside, you stop seeing "UI/UX." You start seeing symptoms. 🔍 Onboarding shows whether the product can explain its value at all. 💳 The paywall shows whether the product has earned enough trust to ask for money. 🧩 The MVP shows whether the founder has focus, or fear hidden behind a pile of features. 🗺️ The roadmap shows whether there's a strategy, or just motion. ✨ And a beautiful interface sometimes just makes weak logic look more expensive. That's why I never start with "how do we make it prettier." I start with different questions: ⚠️ Does the business model hold? ⚠️ Is this the right MVP for this stage? ⚠️ Is the team burning budget on things that don't matter? ⚠️ Where will the user fail to understand, trust, return, and pay? UI and UX only work when there's product logic underneath. That's the difference between a design studio and a product partner. I DON'T JUST MAKE PRODUCTS PRETTIER AND EASIER TO USE.
