I built Glow & Grace Beauty Studio, a mobile-first appointment booking app for a beauty business.
I built it to solve a common small-business problem: customers often ask about services and availability through WhatsApp, social media, or phone calls, creating unnecessary back-and-forth and making appointment management difficult.
The app turns that inquiry into a simple booking journey: customers choose a service, select an available date and time, enter their details, and receive a booking confirmation. The business owner can manage upcoming appointments, pending requests, cancellations, and available time slots from a simple dashboard.
My goal was to demonstrate how an AI-assisted digital product can take a real business problem and turn it into a practical, mobile-friendly experience that could be adapted for other appointment-based businesses.

I wanted to make a photography website that felt more like an experience than a portfolio.
So I built CINÉRA — a cinematic photography studio website with a 3D gallery, interactive archive, real availability, and a complete booking flow.
You can explore the work, pick a date and time, add your shoot details, and get booked without the usual back-and-forth.
On the studio side, there’s a dashboard to manage bookings and inquiries, plus automatic booking confirmations to take a bit of the repetitive work off the photographer’s plate.
This was built for an appointment-based business challenge, and honestly, I had way too much fun making it.
Scared of the dentist? Meet Mola. Book your gentlest appointment in Bandung in under 60 seconds — no phone calls, no confusing forms.
Just tell Mola what's bothering you, and it guides you through choosing the right appointment, finding a doctor and time, entering your details, and getting booked.
The fun part? Mola also has a cute little mascot that acts like an AI agent, helping you through the booking process. And yes, I built the mascot and its animations in Lovable too.
I also designed the experience around real patient needs: progressive questions, easy editing, upfront pricing, emergency detection, WhatsApp-friendly details, reminders, and a clinic schedule on the other side.
💬 Tell Mola what’s going on in your own words, whether it’s a stubborn toothache, routine cleaning, or a quick check-up.
⏱️ Confirmed chair in under 60 seconds, pick your favorite dentist (Dr. Nadia, Dr. Raka, or Dr. Maya) and a time that fits your day.
🏷️ 100% transparent pricing upfront, know your estimated fee before you step foot in the clinic. No surprise bills.
📲 Hassle-free reminders sent straight to your WhatsApp, plus instant calendar and PDF passes.
Gentle, calm, and stress-free care starts before you even sit in the chair.
The combination of product design, character design, and animation here is 🔥. Mola feels like an actual little brand, not just a challenge submission.
I cannot get my demo to be below 3 mins.. its looks impossible. So I'll drop my pitch here
I built an AI Agent that books appointments directly inside chat apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and Facebook Business through natural conversations.
I hooked up a few things to make it happen:
- WhatsApp Business API
- Meta scopes for Instagram
- Scopes for Facebook messaging
- Google Calendar API
- AI Agent (powered by Lovable)
All of these work together to help businesses get appointments without lifting a finger, saving time and money in the process.
PROBLEM:
Usually, appointment-based businesses would use booking websites (pretty common these days) to take bookings, but bookings generally dont start from there. It starts with customers sending messages on WhatsApp or Instagram (or social media generally), like, “Are you free on Saturday?”, and then they wait to be directed.
That normally means someone has to stop what they’re doing, reply to the customer, check the calendar, suggest a time, follow up, create the booking (or send a booking link), send reminders, collect payments, and handle any changes afterwards or, worst, answer repeated questions for the nth time.
and
Because clients/customers require fast responses, businesses lose hundreds of customers a year because their competitors replied first!
So I built PingBase
PingBase removes that entire back-and-forth. Instead of sending customers somewhere else to book, PingBase turns the conversation they’re already having into the booking.
This is usable fo any time of business for multiple use cases.
To test the project:
Send a WhatsApp message to the fictional business (Studio 9 - already set up on teh platform) at +447587492916 or message @samuellasisi1st on Instagram.
Or give it a spin yourself on Lovable: (maybe create your business)

Demo below
- 3min video
- Some screenshots of the product (+ WhatsApp and IG Conversations)
- 10+ Min breakdown of how the product works end-to-end
Things to note: Meta-required scopes for this are not available for public use yet as it's not something I can control, so you might not be able to connect your own business Instagram or WhatsApp acounts just yet. but you can try...
