1: You check your phone the moment you wake up — not out of habit, but because something might have broken overnight and only you can fix it. 2: You've turned down time off in the last six months, not because you didn't want it, but because you genuinely didn't trust the business to run without you for more than a day. 3: You're the only person who knows how three or more critical processes actually work — no documentation, just memory. 4: Your revenue this month depends almost entirely on how many hours you personally put in, not on anything running independently of your time. 5: You've said "I'll just do it myself" about a task more than twice this month, even though it takes you longer than it would take a system. 6: When something goes wrong, there's no process to catch it — just you, noticing eventually, and fixing it manually. 7: You built this business to gain freedom, but most days it feels like you have less control over your time than you did at a job.

None of these mean you failed. They mean the business was built around your presence instead of around a system.
