Applied PCA + Average Linkage hierarchical clustering to classify 13 regencies by poverty indicators — PC1+PC2 explain 82.67% of variance. Features an interactive dendrogram, cluster map, and variable analysis panel. Built in R Shiny for policymakers to identify regional development priorities.
