Clinexa is a complete web-based clinic management system I built for a modern clinic that was still running on paper files and scattered spreadsheets. The goal was to replace the entire manual workflow with one connected app — from patient registration all the way to billing.

The system covers the full patient journey: registration with medical history and allergies, a live consultation queue with emergency prioritisation, a structured SOAP consultation form with real-time allergy alerts, prescriptions, and automatic invoicing with the correct tax rules, multiple payment methods and printable PDF invoices. Management gets a live dashboard plus full reporting and analytics with CSV export.

The main challenge was that clinical workflows are strict and every step connects — a prescription must flow into billing, completed visits must auto-generate invoices, and duplicate queue entries had to be prevented. I modelled the real clinic process end-to-end so the software matches exactly how the staff actually work.

Built with Laravel, React (Inertia.js), Tailwind CSS and MySQL, fully responsive across desktop and mobile, and deployed to production on a Linux server with an automated CI/CD pipeline.
