AI Email Triage and Drafting Automation

Built a production email workflow that classifies incoming messages, routes them by topic and urgency, and prepares reply drafts for review. The system uses serverless functions and LLM models with logging, safeguards and manual approval before sending. I designed the workflow, prompts, routing rules, failure handling and operational monitoring.
