We are still in discussion with the client whether he should go ahead with the different personality mascots instead of one but he is insisting on keeping only 1 mascot for the whole lineup.

Same mascot is the smarter long-term play for shelf recognition — especially for kids' yoghurt. The 1 mascot with different color outfits/accessories per flavor keeps it collectible but consistent.
