For service contractors, a missed call isn’t just an inconvenience it’s a direct financial loss to the competitor who answers first. I engineered LeadShield to completely eliminate this vulnerability: an instant, automated SMS response engine that intercepts missed calls and locks down leads before they can look elsewhere.

What I Engineered

Instant Intercept Protocol: Developed a low-latency trigger system that detects missed inbound calls and immediately initiates a structured, conversational SMS sequence within seconds.

Lead Qualification Pipelines: Programmed the system to not just reply, but actively log the caller, move the prospect through a qualification funnel, and capture essential job details automatically.

B2B Asset Packaging: Integrated functionality to automatically package contractor credentials and documentation for high-value commercial buyers, accelerating the B2B sales cycle directly from text streams.

The Strategy

LeadShield bridges the gap between raw marketing spend and manual operational limits. By turning a critical operational failure point (the missed call) into an automated conversion mechanism, it ensures small businesses stop wasting ad spend and maximize revenue capture without requiring 24/7 human dispatch.
