Turning a Complex SaaS Product Into a Clear Launch Video
I recently created this SaaS product launch video for Snowfire, with one main goal: make a complex product feel simple, modern, and easy to understand.
Snowfire connects business data from different platforms into one intelligent system, so the challenge was showing that idea visually without overwhelming the viewer.
For this project, I used Adobe Illustrator to prepare and refine graphic elements, Adobe Premiere Pro for the main editing, timing, and composition, and CapCut for additional motion and finishing touches.
I focused on clean UI visuals, smooth transitions, typography, pacing, and motion that supports the story instead of distracting from it.
What I enjoyed most was turning technical SaaS concepts like metrics, patterns, anomalies, integrations, and data intelligence into something visually engaging.
For me, a good SaaS video shouldn't just look polished—it should make the product easier to understand.

I used to think the secret to better AI video was writing longer prompts.
This project changed how I approach prompting.
I took one of my actual Seedance 2.5 prompts and broke it apart. What looked like one detailed prompt was actually several different shots, camera movements, actions, and cinematic directions competing for the model's attention.
So I started treating AI video prompts more like shot direction:
SHOT → SUBJECT → ACTION → ENVIRONMENT → CAMERA → MOTION → LOOK → CONSTRAINTS
In this walkthrough, I show the real process, including how I structure the prompt, generate the scene, identify what isn't working, and refine the instructions.
The lesson is simple:
Don't make the prompt longer. Make the instructions clearer.
Think like a director, not a novelist.

When the ambition of a brand changes, its identity has to evolve with it.
The original identity had a clear starting point, but as the company prepared to launch its product and enter conversations with investors, it became clear that the visual language no longer reflected the brand’s ambition.
For Bewy, we moved away from a literal and playful visual language toward something more refined, credible and future-oriented.
The new identity is built around three ideas: space, letter B, and progress.
