The hoodie was developed with a focus on accurate fit, balanced proportions, and manufacturable construction, ensuring it is ready for sampling and production. The 2D pattern includes all essential components such as the front and back panels, sleeves, hood, cuffs, waistband, kangaroo pocket, and rib details. Each pattern piece is drafted with appropriate seam allowances, notches, grainlines, and technical markings for efficient garment production. The 3D simulation was created in CLO 3D, allowing the garment to be virtually assembled and evaluated before physical sampling. Fabric properties, drape, stitching, fit, and construction details were carefully simulated to achieve a realistic representation. This digital workflow helps identify fit issues, reduce sampling costs, and accelerate product development.
