Screens from a passion project focused on improving how health survey results are presented.
• Directing how health feedback is presented and how decisions are actually made.
Too many health assessments stop at a score.
I wanted this flow to clearly show users where they stand and what they should do next.
• The focus?
~ Clear step progression. ~ Simple result states(Good, Average, Poor). ~ Category breakdowns for context. ~ Direct next actions like downloading a report or speaking to a pharmacist.
The goal was not to overwhelm users with data, graphs, but to make the outcome easy to understand and accessible
• What worked?
The result screens feel structured and actionable, not confusing, users know what to do next.
• What’s next?
Testing more personalized recommendations based on specific category scores.
