Just wrapped up Verifi, a compliance platform helping UK schools stay inspection-ready.
What started as a spreadsheet based process became a fully interactive product designed around one question:
"Are we inspection ready right now?"
Instead of adding more dashboards, I focused on simplifying verification workflows, improving visibility, automating audit trails, and introducing AI assisted document verification.

A reminder that great product design isn't about more features, it's about reducing complexity and helping users make decisions with confidence.
Designing a compliance tool around a single question is the right call. Single Central Record is usually a nightmare for schools precisely because it's buried in spreadsheets. Replacing that with a purpose-built flow solves an actual pain point.

Built this in Framer as a concept project. Goal was to make it feel run by ex-journalists. Choices: editorial serif (Libre Baskerville), a dark photo with one color accent, and copy that positions against blast-style PR.
Where I’m unsure: text legibility over the photo and whether the two CTAs compete. What would you change?
