Found and killed a defect in our own stack last week.

Our AI was publishing structured descriptions of businesses using only a business name when it failed to read the page. It called our own company a web development agency and shipped it to four live pages, where it sat for weeks describing content no human had written.

Fixed at the source, not patched. The generator now refuses to produce a description when it cannot read the page, and the plugin will not publish schema for content that is not visible to a human.

Deployed and verified across every site we run.
