ToonFlow AI — AI Animation Storytelling Workflow
ToonFlow AI is an animation storytelling workflow built entirely inside Melius that helps transform simple ideas into connected animated story scenes.
The goal of the project was to explore how AI agents can support the creation of visually consistent animated sequences that feel like part of the same movie instead of disconnected generated images.
Using multiple interconnected nodes and Melius agents, the workflow creates:
animated story scenes
cinematic compositions
character consistency
emotional close-ups
environment continuity
animation-style visuals
final story presentation
The project follows a warm watercolor-inspired animated aesthetic where every generated scene connects naturally like frames from an animated film.
Instead of focusing only on image generation, the workflow was designed as a complete storytelling system where AI agents collaborate across scene development, visual continuity, cinematic framing, and emotional storytelling.
Process Steps:
Started with a simple animated story concept and visual direction.
Used Melius agents to generate:

Built a connected sequence of animated scenes designed to flow naturally from one moment to the next.
Maintained consistency across characters, environments, colors, and emotional tone throughout the workflow.

visual atmosphere
storytelling flow
Organized the final canvas into a clean storytelling pipeline demonstrating how multiple AI agents can collaborate inside a shared creative workspace.
Feedback on My Experience Using Melius:
Using Melius felt very different from traditional AI generation tools because the workflow itself became part of the creative process.
The visual canvas made it much easier to organize scenes, connect ideas, and build a story step by step instead of generating isolated images.
One of the strongest aspects was the ability to connect multiple AI agents together while still maintaining creative control over composition, continuity, emotional tone, and scene progression.
The node-based workflow also made experimentation feel intuitive and collaborative. It became easy to refine scenes, adjust storytelling direction, and maintain visual consistency across the project.
The experience showed how AI agents can function as creative collaborators inside a shared visual workspace to help build more connected and cinematic storytelling systems.
Bonus:
A short cinematic walkthrough video was created to showcase the workflow structure, animated storytelling progression, refinement process, and final visual presentation.

Process Overview
Creative Briefing Inputs
I began by creating structured input nodes for the startup concept, audience, emotional tone, and visual direction of the fictional brand ÆTHER.
AI Analysis Layer
Using Melius AI agents, I created workflow nodes that analyzed:
emotional positioning
visual language
luxury references
campaign tone
typography direction
architectural/editorial aesthetics
Brand DNA Synthesis
The workflow then synthesized these analyses into a central “Brand DNA” system that acted as the creative intelligence layer for all downstream outputs.
Parallel Creative Generation
From the Brand DNA system, the workflow branched into multiple generation systems:
Identity System
UI System
Campaign System
Messaging System
Refinement Loops
The most important stage was collaborative refinement. I introduced creative direction shifts such as:
“Push the system toward brutalist editorial luxury.”
The workflow then evolved the entire ecosystem coherently across campaigns, UI, typography, messaging, and visual tone.
Final Outputs
The final workflow generated cinematic launch posters, editorial campaigns, luxury landing page concepts, and a final “Brand Universe” visual, all designed to feel part of the same cohesive creative world.
Building with Melius
What stood out most while building this project was how naturally Melius supports workflow-native creative thinking instead of isolated prompting.
The visual canvas made it possible to structure creative direction as a connected system rather than generating disconnected outputs. The ability to branch workflows, connect reasoning layers, and iterate through refinement loops made the experience feel much closer to a real creative agency process.
The strongest part of the platform for me was the ability to visually orchestrate AI collaboration. Instead of a single prompt leading to a final result, the workflow became a living creative system where positioning, visual language, campaigns, UI, and messaging could evolve together coherently.
I also found the visual nature of the workflow particularly useful for storytelling and presentation. Seeing the progression from briefing > analysis > synthesis > refinement made the creative process feel much more transparent and intentional.

NEUROVERSE: The Last Memory Keepers ,An AI-Native Cinematic Franchise Production System Built Entirely in Melius.
NEUROVERSE: The Last Memory Keepers is an AI-native cinematic franchise ecosystem created entirely inside Melius using collaborative creative AI agents.
Set in futuristic Mumbai in the year 2098, the project explores a world where corporations control and manipulate human memories through neural cloud systems. At the center of the story is a rogue cybernetic monk known as a “Memory Keeper,” who protects forbidden human memories from deletion by powerful AI-controlled organizations.
Rather than creating a single static output, I designed an interconnected AI production pipeline that simulates the workflow of a futuristic entertainment studio. The system combines worldbuilding, cinematic storytelling, trailer generation, marketing design, streaming platform concepts, and autonomous creative direction into one orchestrated visual canvas.

Blade Runner 2049, Ghost in the Shell, Dune, and Indian spiritual futurism to create a dark yet emotional sci-fi universe grounded in memory, identity, and resistance.
One of the key goals of the project was to explore how AI agents can collaborate together like departments inside a real production studio — transforming fragmented generative workflows into a cohesive cinematic franchise creation system.

Project Title: YEAR 3001 — Bitcoin Still Cries
This project explores a future where humanity achieved technological immortality but lost emotional connection. I used AI-generated cinematic visuals, emotional sci-fi storytelling, sound atmosphere, and symbolic Bitcoin imagery to represent loneliness, greed, and the emotional collapse of future society.
