My friend sent me this and said "you"
And they were right.
I love collecting stickers. I buy them, take freebies when they’re offered, and then never use them. They just sit there, saved for some imaginary “right moment.”
There was a time I finally put them on my laptop. Then I peeled every single one off because I felt like I’d outgrown them and wanted to look more “professional.” I stopped using stickers, but somehow never stopped collecting them.
Then it hit me, I don’t need to save things to enjoy them at the "right time".
And it wasn’t just about stickers.
It’s the skincare I save for special days.
The clothes I don’t wear because they feel “too nice.”
The plates I keep for "worthy" dishes.
Maybe the special moment is just… today.
And maybe enjoying things how it is, is its own kind of growth.
