How do you brand an organization built around people working together?
Meet Tandem, a workforce management company operating across Europe, handling everything beyond recruitment, from housing and transport to daily operations.
In a market dominated by corporate, transactional identities, we wanted Tandem to feel human, established & trustworthy.
A calm, grounded palette, editorial typography and a visual language inspired by official documentation brought credibility without losing approachability.
But the heart of this direction was its logo.
A North Star formed in negative space, surrounded by people. A symbol of coordinated efforts, where every individual plays a role in moving things forward.
The mark even extended into a distinctive pattern system.
Unfortunately, this direction didn't make the final cut.
Do you think it deserved a place in Tandem's final identity?
