Exploring a darker, more medieval direction in merch design. This piece leans into gothic symbolism, contrast, and narrative detail, pushing beyond my usual visual language to experiment with mood, texture, and form.
It is bold, slightly ominous, and intentionally dramatic. A reminder that design does not always need to be safe to be effective.
Inspiration
Inspired by medieval iconography, gothic crests, and the idea of creative power as something earned rather than given. The layered elements and heraldic composition reflect strength, discipline, and a reverence for craft, while the darker tone adds weight and presence.
