Your inbox isn’t overflowing because you get too many emails. It's overflowing because every email still needs a human decision.

A customer asks a question. A lead sends an inquiry. Your team gets Carbon copied. Someone has to read it. Decide whether it matters. Figure out what needs to happen next. Write a response. And remember to follow up. Multiply that by 50–100 emails a day. That’s where things start slipping.

So I built an AI Email Agent that handles the first layer automatically.

Gmail → AI → n8n → Action

It can:

• Detect priority • Categorize emails • Summarize conversations • Extract tasks & deadlines • Draft replies • Route important emails • Trigger business workflows

Now the real design question — what does the user actually SEE?

A — The transcript. A paragraph of text and a collapsed "Used 3 tools".

B — The run canvas. Nine colour-coded rows: what ran, what it cost, what got flagged, and one step that stops and waits for you before money moves.

Same agent. Same run. Two completely different products.

Just wrapped up building flux/, an interactive UI with real-time WebGL rendering, custom GLSL shaders, and scroll-driven animation, built entirely from scratch with vanilla JS, what do you think?

It's been a super fun shift for me, most of my background is Python automation, AI integration, and data pipelines, but diving into frontend/UI work like this has been genuinely rewarding.
