Business: Suds & Paws — Mobile Dog Grooming

One-line problem statement:
Solo mobile dog groomers spend too much time managing appointment requests, scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling manually. Suds & Paws streamlines the customer booking experience while reducing administrative work.
Project description:
Suds & Paws is a mobile-friendly appointment booking experience designed for a solo mobile dog groomer. Built entirely with Lovable, it transforms the traditional back-and-forth of booking by phone and text into a convenient self-service process.
Customers can select grooming services, enter their pet and contact information, review appointment details, and complete the booking process with a $25 deposit. The experience also demonstrates appointment confirmation, scheduled text reminders, calendar visibility, and self-service rescheduling.
Beyond functionality, Suds & Paws brings a little personality to the experience through playful, interactive floating bubbles that users can pop. This small but intentional design detail makes the booking process more engaging and adds a sense of fun to an otherwise routine task.
With a playful visual identity and a streamlined workflow, Suds & Paws aims to make booking easier for pet owners while helping the groomer spend less time coordinating appointments and more time caring for pets.

"Can I book with you?" shouldn't take 15 messages to answer. But for one business owner, it did, every single time.
He runs a home-help business in PAKISTAN (Islamabad & Rawalpindi), moving crews, with no real system. Every inquiry came in as a vague message. He'd read it, figure out what was needed, check who's free, negotiate a time, confirm, and follow up manually every time. Evenings and weekends were chaos. No-shows cost him. He is a team of one, juggling everyone.
So I rebuilt his booking process as ● MADAD, Urdu for "help."
Customers don't pick a category, they just describe the problem: "Want to move home furniture from DHA phase 2 to Bahria" MADAD understands it, matches a crew, and books it—no back-and-forth. The owner isn't coordinating anymore. He's just informed.
From "Can I book with you?" to "You're booked" with almost nothing left for him to manually do.

➡️Added the ADMIN side for judges to view what minimum actions the admin could take. He will just change status; the customer has nothing to do with the admin side.

A clean, trust-focused website design for a home and office cleaning service, made to help visitors find a cleaner and book in less than a minute.
The Problem was
Most cleaning websites lose customers before they book. Visitors don't trust strangers in their space, prices are hidden, and booking takes too many steps.
Solution I deliver
I designed Bleu's Website around one goal: get visitors to book faster.
Instant booking: A postcode search and Book Online button in the hero start the booking straight away.
Trust from the first scroll: A "40,000+ properties" statistic, a project gallery, and client testimonials prove reliability.
No pricing surprises: Every service shows a clear price, with "no hidden fees" stated upfront.
Doubts answered: Eco-friendly products, a satisfaction guarantee, easy rescheduling, and an FAQ remove the last reasons to hesitate.
