My role focused on UX research and UX writing for the entire website, structuring the narrative and content architecture to clearly communicate Paulo’s methodology, services, and strategic perspective. The result is a digital experience that translates complex research-driven work into clear, engaging language for business leaders and innovation teams.

Looks great! My approach depends a bit on the project. If I'm dealing with a big client, I'll definitely use a more in-depth process from the start. I think it's valuable to understand the client's company and their market positioning before jumping into the design side of things.
