A little anticipation. A picture worth pinning.
Instant turns a product photo into a Polaroid-style ad: the camera flashes, the print slides out and develops, a handwritten-style caption reveals, and the photo lands on a corkboard with your headline and offer.
Built with Claude through the SVGator MCP, the template keeps the photo, logo, headline, caption and promo details easy to replace, with live text, named layers and an off-canvas Start Here guide.
The video shows the same animation adapted for Kiln & Co. ceramics, Step Lab sneakers and Crumb House bakery: three different products, palettes and offers, all using the same motion.

Kalighat 2026: The Machines Are the New Babus
Kalighat paintings were cheap bazaar watercolours sold in 1880s Calcutta, and they were satire: they mocked the city's new rich, dandies who aped their British masters and lounged while servants fanned them.
I trained a Recraft V4 Style on five anonymous Kalighat sheets from the Cleveland Museum of Art and Wellcome Collection, keeping the bold single outline, flat colour and empty paper ground.
Then I turned the satire on 2026: the machines are the new babus. Phones smoke hookahs on velvet chairs, robot vacuums ride in palanquins, and humans fan, carry and groom their devices. Same masters, new hardware.

VAULT — One Animation. Any Brand.
Most product-launch animations are rebuilt from scratch for every campaign. VAULT takes a different approach: one polished, animated vault reveal that can be transformed into a completely different brand experience without rebuilding the motion.
I built VAULT as a reusable, brand-swappable animation template, with semantically named SVG layers for the brand colours, logo, product image, headline, subheadline, status badge and call to action.
Beyond the animation itself, I built a live browser-based customiser where users can switch brand palettes, edit typography, replace visual assets, inspect the layer structure and download their customised SVG.
The side-by-side SYNTHEX AI and LUMEN HYDRATION demonstrations show the same animation timeline, easing and structure working across two very different markets: B2B SaaS and premium skincare. The identity changes. The underlying motion remains intact.
Built with SVGator MCP and the SVGator Player API, VAULT explores how AI-assisted creative workflows and interactive tooling can make professional motion design more adaptable and accessible.
The goal is simple: build once, customise in minutes, and launch for any brand.
