I was fed up with the endless back‑and‑forth of pulling a single highlight out of a long YouTube tutorial. So I stitched together a webhook‑triggered n8n workflow: yt‑dlp downloads the video, Groq Whisper transcribes it, a Groq LLM scores each segment and suggests translations, then I log the timestamps in Google Sheets for sanity‑checking. Finally ffmpeg slices the clip, burns in subtitles and outputs a ready‑to‑post MP4. The whole thing runs in the background and shaves about 40 minutes off each clip creation. No more manual copy‑pasting timestamps.
