Hey🚀 , Dear Contra members, I’ve entered my second week on Contra and I’m excited to start sharing some of my existing work here. I’m a Full Stack Developer and custom web application specialist. I naturally approach development with a structured and systematic way of thinking, so I particularly enjoy working on greenfield development projects. For new applications, I generally follow this sequence:
1st - Business context & analysis Understand the business, workflows, requirements and dependencies. 2nd - Wireframe creation & client approval Validate the structure before development begins. 3rd - UI/UX design & client approval Establish the visual experience and interaction flow. 4th - Application architecture Define the technical structure based on the validated requirements and design. 5th - Environment setup Prepare development, testing and deployment environments. 6th - Database design Structure entities, relationships and data flows. 7th - Backend development 8th - API development & testing 9th - Frontend development 10th - UAT & refinement
Production deployment My objective is simple: validate the business and user experience before committing heavily to development, so major surprises don't appear in the middle of the project. I’m still learning and refining my process. If you have a different perspective on the sequence, I’d genuinely like to hear it.
