The gap between skilled artisans and service seekers still exists, even in an increasingly digital world.
Moving into a new environment and finding a trusted, verified artisan for a task can be difficult. At the same time, artisans often rely heavily on referrals and recurring customers, limiting their opportunities to reach new clients.
I worked on Workforce, a marketplace designed to bridge that gap by connecting users with artisans based on the services they need.
One web application. Two different users. One shared ecosystem.
How’s the hero section looking? 👀
The two-sided marketplace problem is a useful starting point. I’d make the path for hiring an artisan distinct from the path for offering a service, with verification explained near the first contact action. How are you handling that split in Workforce?
