A few months ago, during a casual hangout at a local coffeeshop, a friend who working at a local community bank (BPR Indonesia) started venting about their operational headaches. They were still using paper logs to manage staff attendance across scattered branch offices. It was a massive time sink, prone to "buddy-punching" fraud, and a nightmare for compliance audits.
With today’s tech and AI capabilities, and also as a developer, I couldn't just sit back. I knew I could solve this. leverage intelligent, modern tech to solve this friction.
Finally 🧠, we ended up collaborating to solve that exact problem. I built a secure, enterprise-grade attendance system bridging a #Flutter mobile app, an #Express/PostgreSQL backend, and a real-time HR admin command center.

I had less than an hour to participate in this challenge and I knew I had to design something. I have been using @Wonder for a month now and I have used it for so many client projects. I am a FAN!
Saw my younger bro working and building something for a challenge and then, IT WAS THE WONDER CHALLENGE
I just anyhow had to design something unique that did not just follow the latest trends but stood up for something I personally want to build.
My pets deserve the best VETs but WHY DO I VISIT VETs WHEN THINGS GET SERIOUS?
I always wanted to build an app that could track my pet's health every single day and I should enjoy tracking it for my kids.
I had an idea and Wonder shaped the start of the idea.

Meet Petlancer: The Ultimate Freelancer Sidekick 🐾
As a freelancer, staying motivated through intense deep-work blocks can be hard at times, so I wanted to marry that 90s nostalgia and fun of Tamagotchis with a practical productivity hub to create the ultimate focus companion.
Fun fact: In real life, my core motivation to work is providing the best possible life for my 9 pets (3 cats, 1 dog, and 5 goats!). So, I built an interactive app where your actual freelance output directly translates into taking care of your virtual pixel pet.
Key Features:
⭐ The "Choose Your Starter" Onboarding: a setup screen where you choose and name your companion - whether that's a cute cat, a happy dog or a silly goat
⭐ The "Productivity-Meets-Fun" Dashboard: on the left is your fun side - with your pet, along with its Hunger, Cleanliness, and Energy bars. On the right is the productivity side - with a 25-minute Pomodoro timer and your daily to-do list.
Completing pomodoros and checking off your daily tasks earns you credits that you can spend to feed, clean or play with your pixel buddy.
As a first-time user of Wonder, it's definitely one of those tools I can see myself using again in the future. I love how it works so well with my casual-style prompts, it feels like I'm just chatting with a chat-based app like Gemini. I also really like that, at the end of each implementation, it suggests next steps or asks questions along the way if needed. You really feel like it's your partner in crime rather than just an AI that's doing what you tell it to do.
