Here's what AI still can't do for your website.
Everyone's talking about how AI is changing web design. And yes — it's real. It's fast. It's impressive.
But after working with clients on websites that actually convert, I keep seeing the same thing:
AI can build the house. It can't tell you why nobody's walking through the door.
It'll give you a beautiful layout, nice colours, even decent copy. What it won't do is figure out why your visitors are leaving in the first 10 seconds. Why your "Book a Call" button is being ignored. Why your homepage feels busy even though everything looks clean.
That's not a design problem. That's a human problem.
And that's exactly where UX thinking comes in.
The websites we build at Bloom Web Lab don't start with aesthetics. They start with questions:
→ Who is this person landing on your page?
→ What are they unsure about?
→ What do they need to feel to trust you enough to take action?
AI doesn't ask those questions. A good UX designer does.
The tools are getting smarter. But what makes a website work — clarity, trust, flow — that still comes from understanding people.
