Saibay Contracting builds, renovates and repairs commercial and residential property in NY, NJ and CT. Most contractor sites lead with finished kitchens. Saibay's real work is structural โ foundations, load-bearing walls, waterproofing โ the parts of a building nobody photographs. So the site had to sell something you can't show.
The answer was to make the process the proof. Four steps laid out plainly, six reasons to hire them written as commitments rather than adjectives, and a services section that says what each job actually involves. Every claim on the page is specific enough to be held to.
Built as a custom WordPress theme so the team can add projects and services themselves without touching layout. Five pages, a filterable project archive, deep-linked service sections, and a contact path that's never more than one tap away โ the phone number sits in the header on every screen size.
