My biggest project to date! I led the end to end transformation of internal communication design and channels at Bausch Health Companies as part of a strategic initiative to improve the employee experience, owning both the strategy and hands on design execution.

This included developing the communication framework, redefining visual and messaging standards, and redesigning key channels to ensure greater clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. By aligning internal communications with employee needs and business objectives, the work strengthened engagement, improved information flow, and created a more cohesive and effective communication ecosystem.
